Print Styles

Our standard Plastisol ink is perfect for shorter runs and small print areas. This is the most common print method seen on apparel. It has the characteristic of sitting on top of the shirt, which adds some depth and weight to the item it’s printed on. This is also the print method of choice for any 50/50 blend fabric.

Discharge and Waterbase printing provides the look and feel of the ink being dyed into the shirt rather than sitting on top of the shirt. This can provide a soft and light feel as well as some cool vintage effects when paired with certain fabrics. The two print styles use different methods and each work best on certain styles and colors of apparel.

Foil has become a very popular print style. Your design will shimmer and shine in the light to give it that pop off the shirt look. The foil is heat pressed on top of Plastisol ink. The downside of foil prints is that they tend to have a shorter lifespan then other methods.

Print Sizes

We offer standard 14" x 17", jumbo 17" x 23" and all-over prints. Only one set of screens is created for your order and your artwork will be sized so that it fits on all sizes of your blank apparel. Jumbo and all-over print artwork may run off the edges on smaller shirt sizes so that is important to keep in mind. Luckily, our pre-press staff will guide you through the sizing process free of charge!

Finishing

Custom care tag printing, poly bagging, and hang tags are all great ways to finish off the custom look and are highly suggested for any clothing line or band merch that is going to be in a retail store.

Capacity

We run it all! Our print minimum is a low 20 pieces and we have the facilities to run huge production quantities with quick turnaround.
